RDTA Training Workshop
January 8, 2005
A training workshop was conducted for new apprentice and
associate members of the association by John & Peg Kincaid at Hope
Lutheran Church in Annandale, VA.
The meeting started at 10:05 AM.

The purpose of the meeting was to disseminate training
information to apprentice and associate members of the association.
Discussions centered around RDTA membership, how the RDTA training
program is supposed to work highlighting the mentor philosophy. Tim
Eum provided an extensive look at what Roundalab is and it's benefit
to round dance leaders. Mentor couples initiated a training syllabus
form for each trainee. Many different items were discussed and
sources provided to the trainees on where more detailed training
information can be obtained.
